A little hard to access because there is no room for a truck and its on a main road, but overall good.

Move in was easy. Access was great. Didn't communicate with staff due to move in was on a Sunday and the renting process was done over the phone and on line. The person that helped me over the phone was incredibly polite and knowledgeable.

We were skeptical at first because I never needed to store things anywhere other than my cellar. After Mom moved, we needed to get our seasonal things as well as hers out of the house. I called the Nazareth Self Storage and Kelsey was very nice and answered all our questions. She let us go and look at the facility and at a 6X10 that we were interested in. We were happy when we saw it and booked the following day. I never felt pressured to make a decision. We started in July and hope to have our things stored there for several years.

I've been happy with my experience so far. The woman who helped me sign up remotely was very kind and fixed a misspelling on my contract quickly. The only issue is that there isn't an easy way for moving trucks to get into the facility. My truck had to go through a winding one way the wrong way in order to get anywhere close to the door.

This storage company is great. I have used a few in the past and this one is by far the best I have worked with. The move in process was done without being face to face and it was quick and easy. They made sure I knew where the unit was in the building and exactly how to get their. Would highly recommend.
