The customer service was epic which was very important for me. The storage unit wasn't clean but after talking to the manager about it, they cleaned the place before I moved in my stuffs. Overall a great storage unit and definitely recommend it.

I was moving out from my dorm and had to store all of my things plus furniture I bought for my house and the staff were able to direct me to the best size to store all my things. The service was great since I was helped out right away and got all my paperwork done fast. Students actually have a special pricing which was great. I had forgotten to ask for my password for the online payment and called from out of the country and they were of great help.

This is a completely indoor storage facility. Sounds great. But when u realize u have to load everything from your house twice (once onto the truck and another time onto the facility moving buggy, then get on an elevator before u unload in your unit) u realize it is not worth it!! The price is comparable to other places in the area. You use a card key to get in and out and onto your floor (in theory). Although it is only day 3 of our lease and already the key didn't work... Which means we will now have to load our stuff four times before it gets into our unit... Not too thrilled.

Really nice store manager, shes there most of the week. Electric gates shut off at 9pm. Facility clean, well maintained. 7 day a week access.
